El luchar capitalino Místico, también conocido como “El Príncipe de Plata y Oro” debutó en la Arena México el 18 de junio de 2004, y con poco más de tres años de haber hecho su presentación ha cosechado importantes rivalidades, entre las que destacan Último Guerrero, Averno, Mephisto, Atlantis y Black Warrior, a quien desenmascaró el 29 de septiembre de 2006 en la función del 73 aniversario de la lucha libre mexicana.
Esa fue la tercera ocasión en que Místico apostó la máscara, antes lo hizo junto a Volador Jr., para rapar a Ébola y Ántrax; luego la puso en juego en “El Juicio Final” del 17 de julio de 2005 en una lucha en jaula donde actuaron, además, Universo 2000, Heavy Metal, Máscara Mágica, Negro Casas, Héctor Garza, Hijo del Perro Aguayo, Damián 666 y Halloween.
En la última lucha de apuesta que sostuvo Místico destapó a El Hijo del Diablo en Tijuana, Baja California el primero de diciembre.
Místico ha sido Campeón Mundial de peso Medio versión NWA derrotando a Averno el 1 de enero de 2005, mismo que le fue arrebatado por Black Warrior el 12 de mayo de 2006 en la Arena México.
Un mes antes, el 14 de abril, junto al Negro Casas se convirtió en Campeón Mundial de Parejas del CMLL al vencer a Mephisto y Averno; además es Campeón Intercontinental Súper Welter, título que obtuvo el 19 de noviembre en la Arena Naucalpan del Estado de México.
